Join us for a two-day Spring Insight Programme aimed at students wanting to learn about careers in Asset Management. This programme covers the fundamentals of asset management, details about our business, and available early-career routes. It is suitable for those both interested and unsure about their career choice.

What you’ll do

Day 1: Asset Management in action

• An interactive introduction to asset management

• Practical, hands-on exercises and real-world case examples

• A chance to build commercial awareness and learn how investment teams think and operate

Day 2: Meet the people and the roles

• Talks and Q&A sessions with colleagues from across the business

• Insights into different teams and career routes within asset management

• Networking over lunch with current and former Graduate Trainees

Who can apply

You’re eligible if you:

• Are in the first year of your undergraduate degree (or second year of a four-year course)

• Are on track to graduate in 2028

• Are curious about learning more about the Asset Management industry (no prior experience required)

Important information

• This programme is not a fast-track to future internships or graduate recruitment processes.

• It’s intended for students seeking an introductory insight, rather than those with extensive prior industry knowledge or previous asset management work experience.

• Lunch will be provided in both days
