We are looking for graduates who are passionate about Wealth Management, resilient in a dynamic environment, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life. You will excel if you are analytical, proactive, and truly client-focused, with the curiosity to keep learning and the confidence to communicate with integrity and empathy. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, be interested in world events and markets, and have a strong desire to solve problems, innovate, and help clients reach their financial goals.
Required skills and capabilities
Numerical ability: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex data using critical thinking, identify errors and draw meaningful insights.
General commercial awareness: Broad awareness of world events, enabling you to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and articulate your reasoning.
Growth mindset & curiosity: Proactive, eager to learn and adapt, with a positive mindset and commitment to self-development and learning.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt your style for different audiences and comfortable speaking to clients in person or over the phone.
Innovation & problem-solving: Analytical thinker who can understand client issues, adapt quickly, and use available tools and knowledge to develop practical and effective solutions.
Collaboration & relationship building: Empathetic and a strong listener, able to work well within teams, build rapport easily, and foster teamwork and trust.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications we’re looking for
A bachelor or master degree or equivalent – we’re not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade, however a STEM or finance related degree would be beneficial
You will be in your final year of study or already graduated
A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English and German
